Privacy Policy

Last updated: —

This page is a placeholder. Replace this content with the final Privacy Policy text (and, separately, Terms of Service) before going live — see the drafting prompt prepared for a legal-assistance AI or a lawyer, covering data collected, the AI-assisted screening disclosure, retention, and applicable jurisdictions (PIPEDA, and likely GDPR/CCPA given a global submitter base).

What we collect

When you submit to the "Be Discovered" program, we collect your artist name, a link to your music on your platform of choice (e.g. Suno, SoundCloud, BandLab), a short bio, your reasons for applying, your contact email and phone number, and your date of birth (used only to confirm you meet our 18+ eligibility requirement). You may optionally upload an audio file directly instead of relying on your platform link.

How it's used

Every submission is screened by an AI system (Google's Gemini) that evaluates quality, genre fit, originality, and fit with the label's aesthetic, and produces a short written rationale. A human reviewer always makes the final decision — the AI does not accept or reject anyone automatically.

How long we keep it

If your submission is not accepted, your personal information (name, bio, contact details, date of birth, platform link, and any uploaded audio) is automatically deleted a set number of days after the decision, keeping only a minimal internal record (an ID, the AI's scores, and timestamps) for our own reporting. If you join the label roster, your information is retained as part of that ongoing relationship.

Who we share it with

Submission content is sent to Google's Gemini API for AI-assisted screening. Our hosting provider stores the underlying data. We do not sell or share your information for advertising purposes.
